Jennifer A. Garrett is an internationally recognized author, entrepreneurial-minded executive, and powerful speaker who possesses a passion for helping and inspiring others, pushing boundaries, and driving individuals and organizations out of their comfort zones to achieve greatness. Today Jennifer, together with her organization, Feel the Push, teaches individuals how to play for success and cross the goal line by showing them how principles from the game of American football can be taken off the field and applied to one’s career, business, and the personal setting to be successful in life. Jennifer’s organization also works with athletes as they transition “off the field” to be all-star players in life after football.
Jennifer stands out from the crowd because she possesses a rare-level of drive and determinism. She plays the game of life as if she were on the football field, always focused on getting into the end zone and winning. She settles for nothing less.
Jennifer’s story is inspiring to those who meet her. She plays the game of life hard and has completed seven college degrees: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering, B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication and Leadership Studies, Juris Doctor (J.D.), Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Transactions, and LL.M. in Taxation. She completed her graduate degrees while working and raising her five children.
In the business world, Jennifer is recognized as an outstanding leader. She has worked in many challenging positions, where she demonstrated that she could lead teams, inspire others, and deliver results. She sets high expectations for herself first, never making excuses and always holding herself accountable.
Jennifer currently works as an executive coach, corporate consultant, and Judge Advocate in the Army National Guard. As a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of challenging the status quo, Jennifer helps her clients drive organizational efficiency, close large-scale business deals, and exceed targets. Jennifer’s extensive experience includes working for the federal government, and Fortune 50 Companies such as The Boeing Company and General Electric. Her expertise spans many areas such as legal, sales, marketing, branding, engineering, program management, and strategic planning.
